Peanut Butter Banana Protein Bites

Ingredients


• 3 bananas
• 1/2 cup natural drippy peanut butter
• 1/4 cup vanilla protein powder*
• 1/2 cup white chocolate chips
• dark chocolate chia seeds

Instructions

  1. Cut bananas into coins and lay out on parchment paper

  2. Mix peanut butter and protein. Spread onto half of the banana coins and cover with the other half

  3. Place in the freezer for an hour. Then melt white chocolate. Dip the sandwich coins into the chocolate, then chia seeds, then back onto parchment paper to freezer addition 30 minutes

  4. Enjoy straight from the freezer
