Shrimp Bowl with Spicy Mayo

INGREDIENTS
frozen shrimp
1/2 cup jasmine rice
1/4 cup pickled onions
1/4 cup shredded carrots
1/4 cup cucumber
1 tbsp fresh cilantro
1 tbsp fresh parsley
1 tbsp olive oil
1/2 tsp sea salt, pepper
Spicy Mayo:
1/4 cup mayo
1 1/2 tbsp sriracha
1/2 lemon, juiced
1 tsp honey
1/4 tsp sea salt
INSTRUCTIONS
Saute your shrimp by adding olive oil to a pan to heat up. Add shrimp and top with salt and pepper. Cook until shrimp are fully cooked through.
Prepare jasmine rice accordingly.
Make your spicy mayo by combining mayo, sriracha, honey, lemon, and sea salt in a small bowl. Mix to combine. Set aside.
In a bowl, add jasmine rice, carrots, cucumber, pickled onions, and sauteed shrimp.
Top with fresh herbs like cilantro and parsley.
Drizzle with spicy mayo sauce.
