Very Berry Energy Smoothie Bowl

Ingredients

  • 1 medium Beet (peeled)

  • 1 1/2 cup Mixed berries (frozen)

  • 2 Pitted dates

  • 1/2 cup Almond milk

  • 1 tbsp Chia seeds

  • 1 cup Baby spinach

Instructions

  1. Add your water/almond milk to a blender. Blend on high until fully mixed

  2. Cut your beet add the beet, berries, dates, chia seeds, and spinach, and blend until everything is fully mixed.

  3. Serve with fresh berries, bananas, and chia seeds
