What Waist Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup Carrots

  • 1/3 cup Green grapes

  • 1/4 cup Buckwheat (soaked)

  • 1 cup Kale

  • 1 tbsp Lemon juice

  • 1/2 cup Zucchini

  • 1 cup Hemp milk

Instructions

  1. Add your water/hemp milk to a blender. Blend on high until fully mixed

  2. Cut your carrots and apples add the carrots, apples, buckwheat, kale, lemon juice, and zucchini, and blend until everything is fully mixed.

  3. Drink immediately!
