What Waist Smoothie
Ingredients
1/4 cup Carrots
1/3 cup Green grapes
1/4 cup Buckwheat (soaked)
1 cup Kale
1 tbsp Lemon juice
1/2 cup Zucchini
1 cup Hemp milk
Instructions
Add your water/hemp milk to a blender. Blend on high until fully mixed
Cut your carrots and apples add the carrots, apples, buckwheat, kale, lemon juice, and zucchini, and blend until everything is fully mixed.
Drink immediately!
