Evolved Roots

Aims to create a space and community that fosters growth and wellness of the mind, body, and soul. We offer nutrition and health advice, trauma-informed mindfulness, guided meditation, and mindful movement practices to both youth and adults to support their mental and physical health.

Yoga has been an essential part of my life for many years. It has not only helped me stay physically fit but also mentally, emotionally, and spiritually healthy. That's why I decided to combine all the things I love that have benefited me and give them back to people like me.

After experiencing years of stress, tension, and anxiety that almost broke me, and changed my connection to and my view of myself, I left my Corporate job. Now, I am dedicated to helping the BIPOC community handle stress, learn to cope, and gain tools to move forward.

I am thrilled to embark on this journey with all of you. So, as I continue down the path of truth and wellness, I invite you to journey with me and discover yourself - your truth.

Danielle Anderson

I am a Certified Social Emotional Learning Facilitator, Yoga Instructor, Meditation Guide, Reiki Master, Intuitive Energy & Sound Healer, Yoga Life Coach, Corporate Wellness Coach, and Nutrition Wellness Educator.

Before I began my wellness journey, I worked as a Senior Analyst for a medical affiliate and as a Certified Surgical Technologist. Throughout my career, I have gained a wealth of knowledge in various fields, tools, systems, and processes, but most importantly, I have learned about people, their pain, and their trauma.

As an instructor, I am passionate about healing and trauma-focused teaching. Our society has experienced a lot of trauma, and my goal is to use yoga and wellness practices to promote healing and create a space and community that fosters it.
