Lemon Pepper Wings

Ingredients

  • 1 ½ pounds chicken wings

  • 1 tbsp olive oil

  • 2 tsp lemon pepper

  • 1 ½ tsp lemon zest

  • 1 clove garlic minced, or half tsp garlic powder

  • fresh black pepper and salt

  • fresh thyme and parsley for garnish (optional)

  • 3 tbsp melted butter

  • 1 tsp fresh lemon juice

Instructions 

  • Preheat the Air fryer (or oven) to 425°F.

  • Toss wings with olive oil, lemon pepper, lemon zest, and garlic.

  • Spray the fryer rack with cooking spray.

  • Bake wings for 20 minutes, flip, and bake for an additional 15 minutes or until crisp.

  • Combine butter and lemon juice and toss with wings. Generously season with extra pepper, salt to taste, and fresh thyme if desired. Serve immediately.
