Mixed Berry Overnight Oats

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup quick oats

  • 1 tbsp chia seeds ⁣

  • pinch of salt⁣

  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract ⁣

  • 3/4 cup plant milk

  • 3 tbsp plain yogurt ⁣

  • 1/2 cup frozen berries (blueberries, raspberries, blackberries,…)⁣

Instructions

  1. Combine the oats, chia seeds, and salt in a jar.⁣

  2. Add in the milk, yogurt, and vanilla. Mix well. ⁣

  3. Finally mix in the frozen berries. ⁣

  4. Leave in the fridge overnight. ⁣
