Ingredients:

  • 6 tbsp chia seeds

  • 1.5 cups almond milk

  • 1/2 cup yogurt

  • 2 tbsp maple syrup

  • 1 cup frozen blueberries (defrosted or microwaved for 1 min)

  • 1 tsp vanilla

Instructions:

  1. add all ingredients to a container and refrigerate overnight!

    Good up to 4 days.
