Popeye Power Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp Peanut butter

  • 1 tbsp Pumpkin seeds

  • 1 cup Baby spinach

  • 1 scoop Protein powder (optional protein of your choice)

  • 1 cup Almond milk

  • 1 medium Banana

Instructions

  1. Add your water/almond milk to a blender. Blend on high until fully mixed

  2. Add the spinach, peanut butter, pumpkin seeds, protein powder, and banana, and blend until everything is fully mixed.

  3. Drink immediately!
